1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a programme, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent for minors enrolling in our youth coding tracks) and accept these Terms.

2. Use of the service

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.
• Use the Services lawfully and not in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Not redistribute, resell, or publicly share programme materials without permission.

3. Orders and payment

Programme fees are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) by default and may be displayed in USD where supported. Currency conversions are approximate; the charge is processed in the currency confirmed at checkout. Taxes are included where indicated. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as TransactPay; we do not store full card details.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including programme materials, code, graphics, logos, and text — is owned by DigitCyber or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access materials for your own learning. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them publicly.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitCyber's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

7. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Lagos, Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
