1. Digital programmes

• Instant access: Self-paced and recorded programmes are unlocked in your account dashboard immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Live cohorts: Once you enrol, you will receive a confirmation email with the cohort start date, the live-session schedule, calendar invites, and joining links within 24 hours.
• Account dashboard: Sign in at any time to access your enrolments, recordings, slides, code repositories, and capstone submissions.

2. Technical requirements

• A modern desktop or laptop computer (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
• A stable internet connection (≥ 5 Mbps recommended for live sessions).
• An up-to-date browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).
• For coding tracks: ability to install development tools (VS Code, Node.js, Python, etc.).

3. Access duration

Programme access is granted for the duration of the cohort plus 12 months of post-cohort access to recordings and materials. Lifetime-access products are clearly marked at the point of purchase.

4. Certificates of completion

Once you complete the capstone for a programme and meet the attendance threshold, your digital certificate is issued via email and added to your account dashboard within 5 business days.

5. Bookings & check-in for in-person sessions

Where a programme includes in-person sessions at our Lagos campus, the venue address and check-in instructions will be sent at least 48 hours before the session. Check-in opens 30 minutes before each session begins.

6. Issues with delivery or access

If you cannot access a programme you have paid for, email info@digitcyberinfotech.com with your order reference. Most access issues are resolved within a few hours; a fix timeline of no more than 2 business days applies in all other cases.
