1. Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided that:

• The cohort has not yet started, OR
• You have not accessed more than 20% of the programme content (modules, recordings, live sessions).

For self-paced products (templates, recorded courses, downloadable assets), a refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the materials more than once.

2. Non-refundable items

• Programmes more than two weeks into a live cohort.
• Programmes where the capstone has been submitted for review.
• Examination vouchers (e.g. PMP, Security+, CISA) once issued.
• Bespoke corporate training engagements once delivery has begun.
• Coupons and promotional credits that have been redeemed.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund:

1. Email info@digitcyberinfotech.com with the subject "Refund Request — [Programme Name]".
2. Include your registered name, the order or transaction reference, and a brief reason.
3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve it within 10 business days.

4. Currency

Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. NGN refunds are processed in line with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. USD refunds via card may take 7–14 business days. We do not charge a refund-processing fee, but third-party gateway fees (where charged by TransactPay or your card issuer) are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation tiers (for live cohorts)

• More than 14 days before cohort start: 100% refund.
• 7–14 days before: 75% refund or full credit toward a future cohort.
• 1–7 days before: 50% refund or full credit toward a future cohort.
• After cohort start: see Section 1 above.
